The core of what Sandeep does is "talent design" and in all of his workshops he challenges participants to look "beyond the box". As a leadership transformation coach, Sandeep believes that coaching is an artistic exercise, where he gets to meet inspiring people who look for someone they can trust, someone with whom they can share their passion and vision, a kind of co-creator.

Sandeep possesses 23 years of Coaching, human resources and training experience and he loves each and every possibility of meeting people, facilitating workshops for them, coaching them, learning from them and hence being an agent of change

Sandeep has worked with interesting organizations and this has enriched his thinking and given a unique perspective on people management and Learning & Development. Some of the organizations he has worked for include Holiday Inn Hotels (Part of InterContinental Hotels Group, US), Royal Commonwealth Society for the Blind, LEPRA Health In Action, Dr. Reddy's Foundation and WideCom Group Inc etc. The career journey which started in 1995 is unstoppable for him as I believes in learning, unlearning and relearning.

Sandeep has a MBA degree in Finance and HR and has recently taken Executive MBA in Leadership and Entrepreneurship from a prominent business school in Brussels, Belgium. Sandeep has also studied Psychology, Positive Psychology, Learning and Development, Cinema Therapy and Social Entrepreneurship. He is a Certified Professional Coach from Wainwright Global Inc, USA and was awarded a PhD degree by Academie Europeene D'informatisation, Belgium in 2007.

Internationally, Sandeep is a Global Consultant with doinGlobal, an online school through which innovative programs are offered in various facets of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, in collaboration with leading European Universities, including the University of Salamanca at Spain. Sandeep teaches students online, sharing the Indian Experience.

Sandeep has facilitated behavioral skills and general management training at prestigious Institutions like the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Corporate Houses like Deloitte, CADFEM and Taj Hotels. As a Leadership Transformation Coach, his clientele include civil servants as well as senior and top managers from Technology Companies. Some of the tools he uses in Training and Coaching include Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence and Applied Positive Psychology.
