As a wellbeing therapist, Sandeep believes in making people experience safe spaces for open discussions. Sandeep is also passionate about Career Transition Coaching and he has been working with individuals who are taking the next leap in their career.
Sandeep possesses 28 years of experience in the business and nonprofit world. He started his journey in Finance at the starting stage of the career, moved to a Human Resources role as he felt that the core of any organization's current and future strategy lies with the people. And he has been steadfast in working with people, as a Human Resource Leader as well as an educator, trainer or coach.
Sandeep has worked with interesting organizations, and this has enriched his thinking and given a unique perspective on people management and Learning & Development. Some of the organizations he has worked for include Holiday Inn Hotels (Part of InterContinental Hotels Group, US), Royal Commonwealth Society for the Blind, LEPRA Health In Action, Dr. Reddy's Foundation and many professional organizations. The career journey which started in 1995 is unstoppable for him as he believes in a trajectory of continuous learning.
Academically, Sandeep has an MBA in Human Resources and has also studied for an International MBA in Leadership and Entrepreneurship from a prominent business school in Brussels, Belgium. He is also trained in Psychology at the Masters' and M.Phil level. Sandeep has taken additional training in Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and AI for business. He is a Certified Professional Coach from Wainwright Global Inc, USA and a Certified Happiness Coach from Transformation Academy, USA.
Sandeep is a Visiting Professor with prominent business schools in India, including the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Besides this, he has been involved as an Adjunct Faculty at other schools including the ICFAI University, St. Francis College for Women Hyderabad, Holy Mary Business School and London Management Academy.
As a Corporate Training facilitator, Sandeep does work on team building, Empathy and compassion, Eliminating biases, Customer centricity, Diversity and Inclusion among many others. Some of the tools he uses in Training, Coaching and Mentoring include Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence and Applied Positive Psychology.
The recent successful project that Sandeep completed was to curate a wellness program for the aviation sector along with a "Women in Leadership" program for a UK Based nonprofit.
